This lovely blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot offers a beautiful complexity to the nose. It is a register of black fruits and plums that appears and persists in the mouth. The tannins are round and long in the mouth. Serve with oven-roasted veal, roast beef with coarse pepper and mustard and your best couscous recipe.
