Beautiful bright colour with golden glimmers, this very aromatic wine bears fragrances of yellow fruits and white fowers. On the palate, we find exotic notes of melon, lemon zest and pear, crowned with a nice acidity and tremendous freshness. Delicious with creamy leek and potato soup, zucchini latkes with gravlax and crème fraiche, herb and lemon roasted chicken. Also amazing with matzo balls!
