Orange wines are created from white grapes with their skins on. This means that, while the crushed grapes are fermenting, they take on a more tannic quality from their skins and pips, but also a deeper colour. This wine is fresh and intense. The nose expresses notes of yellow fruit and exotic fruit. The sip is fresh and intense, soft, harmonious and balanced, dry and spicy with a finish where pleasant fruity hints return.
